Amy Cosper

Amy Cosper is one of the most prominent voices in global entrepreneurship. In 2026, she was named Editor-in-Chief of Success Magazine, bringing decades of editorial leadership to a publication dedicated to entrepreneurship, leadership, and professional development.

Cosper is best known for her more than eight years at Entrepreneur, where she served as both Editor-in-Chief and Vice President of parent company Entrepreneur Media. Assuming the editor-in-chief role in 2008, she oversaw editorial strategy and content development across the company's print and digital properties — including Entrepreneur magazine, Entrepreneur.com, and WomenEntrepreneur.com. Under her leadership, the brand underwent a full editorial transformation, growing its digital audience by 77% and becoming the most respected resource in its field.

Earlier in her career, Cosper built an international reporting portfolio covering the technology sector — reporting on broadband, broadcasting, and satellite communications from Israel, Norway, Brazil, Luxembourg, Paris, and London. She later became publisher and editor-in-chief of Satellite Broadband magazine at WiesnerMedia, and held several managing editorial positions at Intertec Publishing and Argus Integrated Media.

Named by Fast Company as one of the "25 Smartest Women on Twitter," Cosper has been quoted by and appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, NPR, Fox Business, CNN, and Bloomberg Television. She holds undergraduate and master's degrees from the University of Colorado.

Before joining Success Magazine, Cosper served as Head of Content at Bizee.com, where she led editorial, video, podcast, and social media strategy — growing the Get Bizee Podcast from 30 to 100,000 YouTube subscribers in six months. Prior to that, she led the repositioning and redesign of Family Business magazine, winning the Grand Neal Award for reporting excellence.

Her philosophy on creative careers is simple: entrepreneurialism isn't just about owning a business — it's about creating something from nothing, in any capacity. It's about laying the foundation for the future and going forth to make lasting change. Her book, The Ultimate Guide to Startup Success, is a real-world toolkit drawing on insights from CPAs, lawyers, and branding experts.

"On the other side of your fear is your success."

Ekin Aygen

Ekin graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill, believing what a lot of students do when they walk across that stage. You work hard, get into a great school, spend four years building your network — all with the expectation that it will eventually lead somewhere. But then she graduated, and nothing was waiting for her at the finish line.

That question — if we've done everything we were "supposed" to do, why is it so hard to break into the workforce? — is a big part of what led her to Volume.Zero, where she now serves as co-founder.

While she uses AI, Ekin recognizes that we are entering a world where authenticity is becoming finite. Resumes are filtered before ever reaching a human, and standing out feels like a game of optimization rather than a portrayal of who you are. The opportunities that changed her life didn't come from artificial intelligence. They came from people.

That's how she met Amy Cosper while attending Kenan-Flagler. Amy's vision stood for something Ekin had been searching for: community, mentorship, proof of concept, and authenticity. Because Ekin's parents are Turkish immigrants who came to this country and built opportunities for themselves, the Volume.Zero mission feels personal.

When she's not working on Volume.Zero, you'll find her working on creative projects, DJing, practicing latte art, or talking to people about ideas — probably over coffee.

"If you want something, there's always a way."

Chloe Czop

Chloe Czop is a storyteller, public relations student, and creative builder who believes the best way to learn is by making something real. As a rising fourth-year public relations student at the University of Florida, she has worked across journalism, healthcare communications, brand storytelling, and digital media, developing a passion for creating work that connects people. More than that, she's felt inspired to spark curiosity and leave a lasting impact, but she wasn't sure just how to do that. Chloe believes technology and AI should amplify human creativity, never replace it, and that every meaningful story begins with a person willing to take the first step.

In 2026, Chloe met Amy at Artifact Summit during a discussion about the future of AI and creativity. What began as a conversation about emerging technology quickly evolved into a much bigger question: Why are so many talented people waiting for permission to create? Together, they recognized that too many students, creators, and aspiring entrepreneurs were stuck collecting ideas instead of building them. They didn't need another course or another lecture. They needed a place to make, experiment, publish, and grow alongside people willing to challenge and support them.

That conversation became VØL.

As Co-Founder, Chloe helps shape a creative studio where people turn ideas into reality through community, guided execution, and real-world experience. VØL isn't about following a predetermined path. It's about discovering what matters, building work with intention, and leaving with proof of what you can create. Every project is an opportunity to refine your craft, collaborate with others, and gain the confidence that comes from doing the work.

For Chloe, VØL represents the kind of opportunity she once sought herself: a place where creativity is developed through action, stories are built with purpose, and everyone starts from the same place: Volume Zero.

"Every meaningful story begins with a person willing to take the first step."
